Hello! Nice to meet you. Why I started blogging.

Hi there!

Nice to meet you! I’m Judy — born and raised in Korea, currently living in Seoul and working as a freelance designer. Because of my flexible schedule, I get to spend a lot of time exploring delicious restaurants, trendy cafés, and historical places around the city.

Whenever I take friends to spots I love, they usually end up loving them too! Some of my friends are Korean, but I also have many international friends — and they’re often deeply impressed by the places I introduce. That’s what inspired me to start this blog: I wanted to share those hidden gems and memorable spots with more people.

Here on my blog, I’ll be sharing my personal recommendations for:

  • Great places to eat
  • Walkable and scenic neighborhoods
  • Stunning views and relaxing spots
  • Trendy cafés
  • Art and design
  • Korean history and cultural landmarks

I hope to share my honest thoughts and experiences with you. Since I love photography, most of the photos on this blog are ones I’ve taken and edited myself with care.

I truly hope you’ll enjoy discovering Korea through my blog — and hopefully pick up some helpful tips for your trip to Seoul too!

Thanks for stopping by!
